Our governance system is composed of two bodies that work collaboratively:

Executive Board | Strategic Direction and Institutional Sustainability

The Executive Board brings together leadership with operational vision, investment experience, and organizational development expertise, along with a strong social awareness and focus on emotional well-being.

Advisory Board | Multisector Expertise in Service of Social Impact

The Advisory Board brings together leaders from global companies, experts in digital health technology, psychiatry professionals, family specialists, corporate governance authorities, audit and compliance experts, as well as leaders in communication, education, and community well-being.
